Devotion:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Blessed day mga kapatid, in Isaiah 49, Israel was in a season of pain, confusion, and discouragement. Ang tingin nila ay inabandona na sila. Inisip nila that time na talagang kinalimutan na sila ng Panginoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Isaiah 49:14 KJV
14 But Zion said, The Lord hath forsaken me, and my Lord hath forgotten me.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pero sinagot sila ng Panginoon ng hindi galit but with tenderness. He points to one of the strongest forms of human love, ito yung pagmamahal ng isang magulang sa anak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee.””<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But even if that kind of love fails, God will not. Hindi lang ito pagpapakita ng comfort ng Panginoon, but this also reveals God\u2019s heart toward us:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His love is greater than human love
His faithfulness is unbreakable
His remembrance of us is constant<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As parents, we sometimes feel alone in truly understanding our child. Others may care, but sometimes it feels incomplete. Some stay out of duty, some out of obligation, and others may show concerns na akala natin ay totoo, but the truth is hindi pala. They may show kindness without truly seeing the heart of our child. There are moments when we realize:
“Not everyone will love him\/her the way we do.”
“Not everyone will understand him\/her the way we do.”
And yet, in that realization, God gently teaches us something deeper. The love we carry for our child, the patience, the endurance, the refusal to give up , is not just human love. It is a glimpse of God\u2019s love toward us. Dahil tulad din tayo ng mga anak natin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are sometimes misunderstood
We don\u2019t always act as expected
We can be difficult o mahirap turuan<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yet nariyan padin ang Panginoon. Where others may grow tired of us, God remains faithful. Hindi man tayo maintindihan ng iba, tayo ay naiintindihan ng Panginoon. Mahal man lang tayo ng iba dahil may kundisyon, ang pagmamahal sa atin ng Panginoon ay totoo at walang katumbas. Yung pagmamahal na binibigay natin sa ating mga anak, like staying when others might step back, understanding when others cannot , ito ay katotohanan na Mahal tayo ng Panginoon higit pa sa inaakala mo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Psalm 27:10 KJV
For my father and my mother have forsaken me, but the LORD will take me up.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kaya mga kapatid, if we feel that others cannot fully care for or understand our child, atin tandaan God fully understands both of us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Romans 5:8 KJV
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The love we show to our children is not wasted, it is a reflection of God\u2019s own heart. Let’s rest in the truth that just as we will never give up on our child, God will never give up on us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jeremiah 31:3 KJV<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The LORD hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

God’s love is steady, enduring, and never withdrawn. Let’s continue to love patiently, knowing we are being shaped to reflect Him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prayer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dear Heavenly Father,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank You for showing us Your love through the way we love our child.
When we see that others cannot fully understand him\/her, remind us that You understand us perfectly.
Thank You that Your love for us is greater, deeper, and more faithful than any human love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
